Can I return or exchange my order?

If you need to return or exchange your order, the item must be shipped to our returns center in Dubai. The product must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with all tags attached.

Please contact our customer support before sending your package so we can provide return instructions and the correct return address.

Please note that grip products, deodorants and selected small accessories cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.
