Which shoes should beginners buy?
If you are new to the sport, it is more comfortable to start with a heel height of 17 cm (doubles) or 20 cm (triples). This height provides stability and helps you get familiar with the dance. As you gain more control over your technique, you can gradually move up to a greater height.
For beginners in High Heels, we recommend trying models with a 9 cm heel. It is more stable thanks to the thicker heel base, so you can feel confident and comfortable while learning your first moves.
